NOVAGAN produces epiwafers for the fabrication of ultra-high brightness LEDs over a large wavelength range from the UV domain up to the blue and green parts of the visible spectrum.

Epiwafers are available on sapphire, Silicon and SiC substrates. For high output power and optimized thermal management we propose LED epiwafers on GaN substrates.

In addition to standard products based on our state-of-the-art LED technology, we propose an epitaxy foundry service for LEDs. The device structure can be completely designed by our customers for their specific applications. Our heterostructures are engineered with atomic layer precision to fit the most advanced designs.
