NOVAGAN supplies III-Nitride Distributed Bragg Reflectors designed for microcavities, RCLEDs and VCSELs. We propose distributed Bragg reflectors on a broad range of wavelengths from 325 nm up to 500 nm and above.

NOVAGAN has a unique expertise in the epitaxy of lattice-matched AlInN which offers new possibilities for Bragg mirrors with unprecedent performances. Using this materials we can guarantee the absence of cracks in our heterostructures with the highest reflectivity achievable.

Standard epiwafers are available on sapphire and free-standing GaN substrates.
